CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?
Once your order has been submitted, it is possible for you to make amendments prior to dispatch. If you contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org we are still able to edit your order providing it hasn’t been shipped. If you have already received a shipping notification via email, this means that your order has already left our warehouse and therefore cannot be changed. Please refer to our Returns Policy located under the menu ‘’Delivery & Returns’ if you require further information. This also applies to order cancellations.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
